Jessica studied marketing in the BA Marketing program at Seneca College. In 2008 she was diagnosed with a serious illness that was supposedly incurable.

She decided that suffering with chronic pain and illness was not how she wanted to live her life. So Jessica decided to venture on a journey to CURE the incurable, through natural health care.

After 2 years she succeeded in that goal and is now healthy as a horse. She has now dedicated herself to learning as much as she can about health and wellness and in turn educating others.

Her personal philosophy that you must heal the body, mind and spirit to have optimal health and happiness, has lead her to educate herself in all of those fields.

Jessica is a graduate of the 200hr. yoga teacher training and teaches a Community class that benefits local causes. She will be studying Psychology at York University and is interested studying at the Canadian Naturopathic College after that.
